Ristrutturazione di un casolare toscano

The farmhouse is located in the beautiful countryside of Siena near the village of Radicofani. The renovation project wants to give a new life to the farm by earning it as a private home. The intervention involves the demolition of the annexes, currently in dilapidated conditions and the inclusion of a glazed volume that connects the main farmhouse with the future dependence thus allowing a 360 ° view of the surrounding landscape from inside. Furthermore, on the opposite side, a volume destined to agricultural activities is added. The existing parts are restored in stone and brick, while the new interventions are characterized with a pattern that incorporates the typical Tuscan geometries.
